Terms of Service

These are the terms under which our (Chicago Animation ) actions and your actions (as a customer) are governed. Utilization of this service signifies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

General Service

This service guarantees linkage on other websites which are not under control of us, but that are indexed by search engines. The net result is that your site will be crawled, and the link count will increase to your website.

We cannot guarantee a specific Google™ PageRank, nor specific search engine placement for your website based upon our service. This is normal; nobody can unless you wish to pay tens of thousands of dollars to search engine optimization services, which your placement at that junction is still at the mercy of the search engine.

We also cannot get your site back into search engines that your website has been banned from. All results are dependant on the actions of the search engines.

We do guarantee that all sites your website is linked to by our service are indexed in major search engines. If you discover one that is not, then contact us and we will ensure that a new link is put on another website which is indexed.

We do not allow web sites containing pornography, racist information, warez downloads or illegal content. In addition, we do not allow “FFA” or “Link Farm” type sites which contain only keywords/search results for specific terms.

Payment and Refunds

Payment for each month can only be accepted up to ten (10) days into each month of service. A month in this regard is defined as intervals based on signup, i.e.: you sign up on the 14th of September; from then on, each billing date will occur on the 14th of each month. If you signed up on or past the 28th day of the month, your billing date will occur based upon the 28th day of the month, or the first of each month that follows (at our discretion) to ensure that your billing time will work in all months.

Refunds are only available for the first 30 days, unless you have paid additional months in advance. This is due to our cost; once your month with us has begun, we no longer have that month's payment from you to reimburse you with. Any additional, unused months may be refunded upon termination of service.

Account Termination

To terminate your service with us and you are using PayPal, notify the sales department of your wish to cancel, and then cancel the subscription to our service. This will ensure that we know that your cancel of subscription is not to change to a different method, and thusly we will not continue to bill you.

To terminate your service with us and you are paying by a check or money order, please contact the sales department with your desire to cancel. Please include your signup email address, your full name, and your domain names which your account is under, so that we will know who you are.

We reserve the right to terminate an account or refuse an account at any time, for any reason. Typically, this will only be reserved for sites which do not fit the classification under “General Services”.
